They use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment marketing and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment with the company’s values and business objectives.
JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing employer branding, employee engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives that strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role collaborates closely with Human Resources, Marketing, and business leaders to create compelling internal and external communications, organize employee engagement programs, and support talent acquisition through creative marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Employer Branding
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Create and maintain consistent HR branding across digital and print platforms.
Manage the organization’s career page and recruitment marketing materials.
Promote company culture through storytelling, employee spotlights, testimonials, and success stories.
Coordinate branding initiatives during recruitment fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.
● Recruitment Marketing
Create engaging job advertisements for various recruitment platforms.
Design recruitment campaigns for social media and digital channels.
Coordinate with recruiters to identify hiring priorities and marketing needs.
Monitor recruitment campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Assist in organizing recruitment events, open houses, and career fairs.
● Employee Engagement
Coordinate with the HR Employee Engagement team in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Document employee engagement activities through photography, videography, and written summaries for internal and external communications.
Develop promotional and communication materials, including posters, announcements, and event collaterals, to support engagement initiatives.
Assist in gathering employee feedback and event documentation to help evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs.
Ensure timely dissemination of communications related to employee engagement activities across appropriate channels.
● Internal Communications
Design presentation materials for HR initiatives.
Create visual content such as posters, infographics, videos, and digital assets.
Ensure all communications align with company branding guidelines.
Social Media Management
Manage HR-related social media content.
Develop monthly content calendars.
Produce engaging content showcasing company culture, employee achievements, and workplace events.
Respond to inquiries related to recruitment and employer branding when appropriate.
● Graphic Design & Multimedia
Create promotional materials including:
Posters
Flyers
Brochures
Email banners
Event backdrops
Certificates
Presentation decks
Digital signages
Produce basic photo and video content for HR campaigns.
Edit photos and videos for internal and external communications.
● Administrative Support
Coordinate vendors for HR events and promotional materials.
Maintain HR marketing assets and digital libraries.
Assist in budget monitoring for engagement and branding activities.
Support other HR initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Psychology, or a related fi eld.
● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, marketing, communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee engagement.
Experience in social media management is a plus.
