We are seeking a Creative Marketing Designer for an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually compelling posters, impactful business presentations, and engaging branding content, including videos for social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Poster Creation: Design attractive and market-relevant posters to captivate both clients and candidates.
  • Business Presentations: Develop professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Branding Content: Create on-brand content for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Social Media Videos: Produce short, high-quality videos to drive engagement and promote our brand on social media.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Design Optimization: Continuously refine designs based on feedback and market trends to maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing.
  • Proven expertise in poster design, presentation creation, and social media content development.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in design and branding.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
