NOTE: Working in Night Shift is Compulsary (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
• Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientations.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and activities.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance review process, providing guidance on setting goals and assessing employee performance.
• Advise managers on coaching and development strategies to improve employee performance.
• Benefits & Compensation:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits enrollments/changes.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices,Payroll, and employment regulations.
• Experience with Paybooks Payroll software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be willing to work in Night Shift (6:30 Pm- 3:30 AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a US Stffing Industry environment is a plus.
