Key Responsibilities
– Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, calls, and online platforms
– Clearly explain internship programs and course offerings to candidates
– Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants regularly
– Convert interested candidates into successful enrollments
– Maintain and update candidate databases and progress tracking
– Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and onboarding processes
– Promote internships and courses through social media channels
– Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Skills & Requirements
– Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
– Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
– Good convincing and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle candidate queries and objections effectively
– Interest in recruitment, training, and coordination roles
– Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
– Basic organizational and time management skills
