Job Description
- Create HR Policies relevant to business needs
- Support in implementing HR strategies, organization design and development
- Compensation management and strategies , incentive program design etc
- Analyse existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure TAT Quality and service delivery metrics maintained .Develop and implement new HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the HR budget for payroll benefits and welfare incorporating the HC budget . Compiles all other budgets including recruitment/ training
- Work closely with HR Business partner employee relations and other departments to ensure alignment of processes.
- Manage the payroll , and attendance processes
- Facilitates Mediclaim, Insurance, ESI Gratuity , EDLI accident claim etc Ensures timely coverage and policy renewal
- Ensure all Payroll/HR related compliances are met
- Manage on-boarding and off- boarding process effectively
- Ensure employee data management
- Responsible for HR Technologies .Implement all tools and technology related to HR ( HRMS, LMS ) etc.
- Ensure the merit increases are implemented correctly for all employees, increment letters are issued. Maintains year on year appraisal records and career history of employee including promotions transfer job rotations etc
- Timely confirmation processing and letters issued
- Ensure policies are transparent , reviewed and update periodically
- Manages and updates employee personnel files and the necessary documents. Ensures archival retrieval etc
- Leads the team of payroll specialists, Time and attendance office, statutory specialist, HR tech super users. Comp and Ben specialist may have a dual reporting .
- Provides the necessary MIS, HR KPI reporting
- Ensures the BGV Process is managed
- Query management , Query management tool analysis
- Grievance tracking, POSH case tracking disciplinary cases tracking ( ensuring the data is managed and closure obtained thru HR BPs, ERs)
- Is responsible for Handling all audits, responding to queries and closing non-conformances. Improves processes based on audit findings
- Apprentice program management
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
- Retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits
- Work with benefits providers to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues that arise.
- Takes care of employee relations
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- 10-15 years of HR experience. Graduate/Post graduate IN HR . Has worked in companies with 3000-4000 HC in a leadership role and exposed to technology tools
- Has analytical skills is strong in excel and is employee centric. Possesses attention to detail ,plans prioritises and organises and compliance oriented
- Incorporates lean principles and looks for ways to delight employees
