Key Responsibilities
– Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from internal databases and external sources.
– Prepare and preprocess raw data using tools such as Python, SQL, or analytical platforms.
– Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
– Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
– Analyze key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and campaign performance.
– Support A/B testing and behavioral analysis to improve product and business decisions.
– Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
– Develop reports and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
– Automate recurring data reports and daily metrics tracking.
– Work closely with data engineers, developers, product teams, and marketing teams.
– Participate in standups, sprint planning, and documentation tasks.
– Document datasets, schemas, and analysis results for internal reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
– Hands-on experience writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred).
– Understanding of statistics, probability, and analytical methods.
– Ability to create charts, dashboards, and visual reports.
– Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
– Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
– Basic understanding of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
– Experience working with APIs and JSON data formats.
– Knowledge of Git, version control, and Agile tools like JIRA or Notion.
