Internship Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical React Engineer who thinks beyond traditional UI development. This is not a role for someone who simply converts designs into code. We need a problem solver who can analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable, high-performance frontend solutions.
Your primary toolkit will include React.js and modern JavaScript, but your real strength must lie in data structures, algorithms, and analytical thinking. You should be comfortable breaking down abstract problems and engineering structured, efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
– Architect and implement advanced user interfaces using React.js.
– Manage complex state, data flow, and client-side business logic.
– Build scalable frontend structures that serve as the “brain” of the application.
– Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured frontend logic.
– Apply strong knowledge of data structures to ensure performance and accuracy.
– Design UI systems that are both intuitive and technically efficient.
– Identify and eliminate rendering bottlenecks.
– Optimize component lifecycle and minimize unnecessary re-renders.
– Ensure smooth performance across devices and varying network conditions.
– Write clean, modular, and testable code.
– Develop reusable libraries and scalable component systems.
– Maintain high engineering standards and documentation practices.
– Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and JSON schemas.
– Contribute to system design discussions that impact frontend architecture.
– Bridge frontend systems with cloud and infrastructure layers where applicable.
Mandatory Requirements
– Deep understanding of Data Structures (Arrays, Trees, Graphs, Hash Maps).
– Strong grasp of Algorithms and Big O (time & space complexity).
– Ability to justify technical decisions with analytical reasoning.
– Demonstrated ability to break down abstract business problems.
– Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
– Hands-on experience with React.js.
– Must have completed a minimum 2-month professional internship project OR a collaborative academic group project using React.
– Personal hobby projects, solo tutorials, or clone apps do not qualify.
– Proficiency in ES6+ features.
– Strong understanding of the DOM and JavaScript object model.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
– Backend Familiarity: Experience with Python and Django.
– Database Knowledge: Experience with MongoDB or understanding of NoSQL concepts.
– Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including: Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler / Cron Jobs
– Software Architecture: Understanding of MVC, Microservices, Event-Driven systems, and how frontend integrates into larger distributed systems.
