Key Responsibilities
– Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and resume screening
– Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees
– Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
– Help organize training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives
– Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report preparation
– Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures
– Support employee engagement and address basic employee queries
– Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
– Assist in performance management activities, tracking, and reporting
– Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment
