Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Store Operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director and other key personnel.

Human Resources Assistance:

  • Assist the HR department with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, handle HR documentation, and assist with benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks within the store, ensuring that processes are efficient and aligned with company policies.
  • Act as the point of contact for store-related inquiries and provide support in resolving operational issues.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing stock replenishment.

Store Operations Support:

  • Act as the acting Director of Store in their absence, ensuring that store operations run smoothly and effectively.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, oversee staff schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support in implementing and monitoring store performance metrics, including sales targets and customer service standards.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of Store Operations, including process improvements and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Director of Store Operations, HR department, and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization.
